Yes, J.R. Ramirez Live is an exclusively virtual event. It can only be accessed online through a phone or computer, and the event has no in-person elements.

Not required, but encouraged! While we do recommend you have the latest version of the Zoom app downloaded to your device, it is not necessary as you can still access the event sessions through a browser. Although all current browsers are compatible, Google Chrome is our top suggestion for the most seamless experience.

To ensure a smooth experience during the event, we recommend closing as many tabs and background applications on your device as possible before joining. For optimal results, please ensure you have a strong and stable network connection, preferably using WiFi.

Approximately 24 hours before the event starts, each ticket purchaser will receive an email containing all necessary links and unique passcodes. We recommend arriving at the link around 10 minutes before the event starts. Please use your First and Last name as listed on your ticket when entering the lobby. You will also need to enter your unique passcode when prompted for verification.

There will be two scheduled times for the Virtual Meet & Greet sessions. The first session will occur immediately after the second Game Night Session. If the Game Night Sessions run over time, please anticipate a delay in the start of your scheduled Meet & Greet, corresponding to the delay in the Game Night Session. An additional Meet & Greet window will be available on the day following the event to offer more flexibility to each ticket holder.

In the days leading up to the event, you will receive a brief questionnaire via email. In this questionnaire, you can indicate your preferred session time. Priority will be given to Platinum ticket holders, followed by Gold ticket holders. We will make every effort to accommodate everyone's first choice for these sessions.

The first Gamenight Session is scheduled to start at TBD, followed by the second session at TBD. In the days leading up to the event, you will receive a brief questionnaire via email to indicate your preferred session time. Since Platinum ticket holders have access to both sessions, priority will be given to Gold ticket holders next, followed by General Admission. We will make every effort to accommodate everyone's first choice for these sessions.

Around 24 hours before the event starts, you will receive an email containing your session times, links, and unique access codes. We recommend joining the Gamenight Session approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

All Video Recorded Messages will be delivered within 30 days of the event date. While we strive to expedite this process, delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee quicker delivery.

Don't worry if you're not an expert or even a beginner at the game! The game is designed to be fun and inclusive, regardless of your experience or knowledge level. We encourage you to practice—it's free, requires no downloads, and is a great way to have fun and familiarize yourself with the game before the event.

Ticket upgrades are allowed, subject to availability. However, downgrading a ticket to a lower tier is not permitted.
